The Bildungsgutschein is a discretionary benefit — there is no legal entitlement. That makes a well-prepared meeting all the more important. That is exactly where we help you.

Arrange an appointment with the funding body
Call your placement officer at the Agentur für Arbeit or at the Jobcenter and ask for a meeting about further training. Important: the voucher must be issued before the course starts.
Have the meeting
Explain why the further training improves your chances on the labour market. Our documents supply the arguments: recognised qualification, concrete fields of work, placement rate.
Receive the Bildungsgutschein
The voucher states the training goal, the duration and the period of validity. You can redeem it with any approved provider — including us.
Redeem the voucher with us
You give us the voucher, we handle the billing with the funding body. There are no costs for you.

No — the Bildungsgutschein is a discretionary benefit. Your placement officer takes the decision. What counts is whether the further training concretely improves your chances of placement. That is exactly what we can demonstrate well for the security industry, because demand for qualified staff is high.
No. Funding is also available to people at risk of unemployment and, in certain constellations, to those in work. The Rentenversicherung and the Berufsgenossenschaft in turn have their own requirements. In the initial meeting we clarify which route is open to you.
As a rule, the voucher must be in place before the course starts. Retrospective funding is generally not possible. So talk to us before you register bindingly.
You can redeem it with any provider approved for this training goal. FIDES Bildung is approved under § 178 SGB III and certified by CERTQUA — so the voucher can be redeemed with us.
Often yes. Travel costs, and sometimes childcare costs, can be covered in addition. Ask about it actively in the meeting — it is not always offered by itself.
That depends on the course. After the initial consultation we make you an individual offer and first check whether a funding source does fit after all.
